These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the slotbaj platform. By registering an account or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all provisions set out below. Please review this document carefully.
Each individual may hold only one registered account on slotbaj. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate closure and forfeiture of balances.

01 General Terms & Acceptance
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the slotbaj website, mobile site, and any related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing the Platform, creating an account, or placing any wager, you ("the User") confirm that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

Your continued use of the Platform after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 02 Age Restriction & Eligibility
Access to and use of slotbaj is strictly limited to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old at the time of registration and that you will remain eligible throughout the duration of your use of the Platform.
slotbaj operates a strict age-verification programme. We reserve the right to request documentary proof of age at any point during a User's account lifecycle, including but not limited to: at the time of registration, before processing a first major withdrawal, following a large deposit, or where our systems flag a potential age-verification concern. Acceptable documents include government-issued national identity cards, passports, and driving licences.
If a User is found to be under 18 years of age, or if a User has provided false information regarding their age:
- The account will be immediately and permanently closed.
- All winnings accrued during the period of underage use will be voided and forfeited.
- Any deposited funds may be returned at the sole discretion of slotbaj, subject to applicable deductions for administrative processing.

03 Account Registration & Security
To access the full range of products and services on slotbaj, you must create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and preferred payment method details.
3.1 Accurate Information Requirement
You are obligated to ensure that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point is truthful, accurate, and up to date. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure without refund.
3.2 One Account Policy
Each individual person may register and maintain only one account on slotbaj. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, slotbaj reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any balances or winnings accumulated across those accounts.
3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. slotbaj will never ask you to share your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify slotbaj immediately at support@slotbaj.

However, the security of your device and your login credentials remains your personal responsibility. 3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

04 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

- slotbaj does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
- All deposit funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may result in account suspension.
4.3 Withdrawal Terms
- Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used to fund your slotbaj account, subject to KYC verification having been completed.
- slotbaj reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal request, including identity documents and proof of payment method ownership.
- Withdrawal processing times vary by method; mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are typically processed within a few hours of approval.
- Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. See Section 5 for full bonus terms.
- slotbaj reserves the right to apply additional verification checks to withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds, in line with responsible gaming and fraud-prevention policies.
4.4 Currency
All account balances, wager amounts, bonus credits, and withdrawal amounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). slotbaj does not offer multi-currency accounts. If your payment method processes in a different base currency, any foreign exchange conversion is handled by your payment provider and the resulting BDT amount credited to your account is the authoritative figure.
05 Bonus & Promotion Terms
slotbaj offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of conflict between a promotion-specific term and a general term in this section, the promotion-specific term shall take precedence.
5.1 Eligibility
Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. Each player may claim each specific bonus offer only once unless stated otherwise in the promotion terms. Bonus eligibility may be subject to minimum deposit requirements, specific payment method use, or account status conditions.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
All bonus funds awarded by slotbaj are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as rollover requirements or playthrough conditions). The wagering requirement multiplier applicable to each bonus is published in the individual promotion terms. Until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full:
- Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn.
- Wagers placed on certain game categories (for example, live dealer tables or certain low-margin sports betting markets) may contribute at a reduced rate toward the wagering requirement, as specified per promotion.
- If a withdrawal of real-money funds is requested before the wagering requirement is satisfied, any remaining bonus balance and associated winnings may be forfeited.
5.3 Bonus Abuse
Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus promotions — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk hedging bets to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal genuine risk, or colluding with other players to exploit promotional mechanics — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. slotbaj reserves the right to void any bonuses, winnings, or balances associated with detected bonus abuse and to permanently close the relevant accounts.
5.4 Seasonal & Special Promotions
slotbaj releases seasonal promotions aligned with events relevant to the Bangladesh market, including the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) cricket season, T20 World Cup fixtures, IPL, Eid, Durga Puja, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (December 16), and Independence Day (March 26). These promotions are subject to limited availability and may be withdrawn or modified at any time. Players are encouraged to review the active promotions section of their account for current offers.
06 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
By using slotbaj, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms and applicable law at all times. The following obligations and prohibitions apply to all registered users of the Platform.
6.1 General User Obligations
- Provide accurate personal information at registration and keep it updated throughout your account lifecycle.
- Use the Platform solely for personal, lawful, recreational purposes.
- Wager only funds that you can afford to lose; treat gambling as entertainment, not as a source of income.
- Comply with any account verification requests promptly and provide authentic documentation.
- Notify slotbaj immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
6.2 Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on slotbaj:
- Using automated scripts, bots, crawlers, or any software to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for normal human use.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the Platform's software, security systems, or game engines.
- Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or collusion with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage.
- Using the Platform to launder money or engage in any fraudulent financial activity.
- Registering an account on behalf of another person or allowing a third party to operate your account.
- Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing slotbaj staff or other users through any communication channel.
Violation of any prohibition listed above may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balances and winnings, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where the conduct may constitute a criminal offence.
07 Account Suspension & Closure
7.1 Voluntary Closure
You may request the closure of your slotbaj account at any time by contacting the support team at support@slotbaj. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds. If you are closing your account as part of a responsible gaming decision, please inform the support team so that a self-exclusion record can be created in addition to account closure.
7.2 Involuntary Suspension or Closure by slotbaj
slotbaj reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms.
- Provision of false or misleading registration information.
- Failure to complete age or identity verification within the required timeframe.
- Detection of bonus abuse, fraud, or money laundering activity.
- Detection of duplicate accounts held by the same individual.
- Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months, in accordance with the dormant account policy.
- Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder or a verified third-party welfare request.
7.3 Dormant Account Policy
An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of no login activity. slotbaj will make reasonable efforts to notify the account holder by email prior to applying any dormancy administrative fee. The dormancy fee, if applicable, will be deducted from the remaining account balance on a monthly basis until the balance reaches zero or the account holder reactivates their account. 7.4 Self-Exclusion
Players who feel that gambling is negatively affecting their wellbeing may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion at any time. Self-exclusion requests can be made via account settings or by contacting support@slotbaj. Once a self-exclusion is active, the account will be suspended for the elected period and slotbaj will take reasonable steps to prevent marketing communications being sent to the excluded player. 08 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, slotbaj shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of revenue, loss of goodwill, or any other economic loss, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise.
slotbaj makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform, the accuracy of odds or prices displayed, or the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Temporary service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including infrastructure failures, natural events, or regulatory requirements.
Game outcomes on slotbaj are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems operated by the respective game providers — Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. slotbaj does not control or modify game outcomes and accepts no liability in relation to individual game results, provided the game was delivered without a material technical error verifiable by our platform logs.
In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to an incorrectly displayed price, a software malfunction that results in an erroneous payout, or a data feed error affecting odds — slotbaj reserves the right to void the affected wager(s) and return the original stake(s) to the relevant account(s). slotbaj's decision in relation to manifest errors is final.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
